6/2/18 Softball takes 2nd at State Game

The Lady Kingsmen took 2nd in the state tournament against Pendleton on June 2nd at the Oregon State University Softball Complex.  Finishing their season with a 21-6 record.

Madison Mayer signs letter of intent

On November 14th Madison Mayer signed her letter of intent to attend and play softball for Western Oregon University next year.  Madison is shown here with her proud parents, John and Kathleen.

Softball takes league championship!!

Softball finished first in the 5A Northwest Oregon Conference with a 14-3 League record and 16-10 regular season finish!   Way to go Lady Kingsmen!!!!

Tyler Creach, Athlete of the Week

Tyler Creach, Batting average .489, 44 hits, 16 stolen bases. Western Oregon commit on softball scholarship. Tyler is an incredibly smart player with a lot of passion for the game. She is leading the team in hits, stolen bases, and has the highest batting average. She is one incredible athlete.

OSAA Releases list of Academic All-State

Last week the OSAA released the results of the Statewide Academic All-State schools in the 5A classification. We are so pleased to announce that 9 of our 10 spring sports and activities teams have been recognized as having a team average semester GPA placing them among the top schools in our classification. Sarah Abramson, Athlete of the Week

-Sarah Abramson – 3.9 GPA -Senior Pitcher and Captain of Softball Team -Sarah has been dominating in league this year.  She has a league ERA of .24 and a batting average of .302.  Sarah threw a perfect game against Milwaukie and had 17 strikeouts in that game.  Sarah leads by example with a positive attitude

Putnam High School’s Tyler Creach solidified her college plans Wednesday when she signed a National Letter of Intent to play NCAA Division II softball for Western Oregon University in Monmouth.
